Professional Experience
Ms. Loheac represents community associations throughout New Jersey and New York, including homeowner and condominium associations, as well as cooperatives.
Ms. Loheac provides counsel on a wide range of issues, including interpretation of governing documents, legal analysis of insurance and budgetary matters and conflict resolution through ADR. She actively participates with various homeowner boards and residents at monthly meetings. She negotiates and drafts amendments, corporate resolutions and agreements with municipalities on behalf of her clients. Ms. Loheac is devoted to representation that is uniquely tailored to clients’ needs, from the inception of the association as sponsor-controlled through to several phases of development and daily living.

- In her former career, Ms. Loheac was the managing director of broadcast services for the American Stock Exchange in New York. During her tenure at the Amex, She developed a television production studio and co-created a business financial show called “Money Talks,” which aired on WABC in NY and other affiliate ABC markets.
- While attending law school, she served on the legislative journal and interned with the Attorney General’s office in Trenton. She was recognized at graduation for her “Outstanding Service to the Public Interest.”
