Angela Morisco

Professional Experience
Angela Morisco is an attorney in Becker & Poliakoff’s Litigation Practice Group where she focuses her practice on Community Association Collections. She has extensive experience handling high volume commercial and consumer debt recovery litigation and has managed all aspects of litigation including, pleadings, discovery and motion practice. She has also handled appellate cases and has represented brokerage firms and ERISA funds in collection proceedings. Ms. Morisco also served as an arbitrator for FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the largest independent regulation for all securities firms doing business in the United States.
Ms. Morisco previously served as an Adjunct Professor for Legal Research and Writing at Berkeley College in Woodland Park, New Jersey.
Activities & Memberships
Ms. Morisco is involved in various professional and community organizations. She served as a National Pre-Law Mock Trial Competition Judge, FINRA Triathlon Judge and an ABA Client Counseling Competition Judge. She also volunteers for Nancy’s Place Covenant House, a halfway house
for mentally ill and homeless adolescents.
